Redcar's Annual Adult Learners Week presentations took place this week to celebrate successes over the past year of learning. Those in attendance displayed exciting, new and innovative enterprises. Learners were asked to bring along and set up stalls to sell some of the items they had been learning to make.

The Nail Art group's work generated a lot of interest. One of the group, Lee-Anne Mann, was the winner of this year's Community Engagement Award. Her work in developing her small enterprise business on Facebook has generated 360 followers so far.
